Seagrove Art Cooperative

The Seagrove Art Cooperative is an arts organization based in Cape May Point, New Jersey, that partners with the Cape May Point Arts and Science Center to host juried art exhibitions and community fundraisers.

The cooperative focuses on showcasing regional talent—drawing artists from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York—with a strong emphasis on works that reflect a connection to place, the natural environment, and creative exploration.

They organize two major recurring anchor exhibitions:

  • "Art All Ways" / Mixed Mediums Art Show: Typically held in the spring (May), this exhibition features multi-medium work across a diverse spread of disciplines, including ceramics, photography, sculpture, textiles, collage, and woodworking.

  • "Art Here and Now" Juried Fine Art Show: A summer exhibition focusing on traditional single-medium fine art like oil, pastel, watercolor, and acrylic paintings.

The cooperative operates with a dual mission: giving regional creators a platform to display and sell their work while functioning as a fundraising vehicle for the Cape May Point Arts and Science Center, to support the Center's environmental stewardship, community outreach, and educational programs.

“Art Here and Now” Juried Fine Art Show opening reception will be held at the Cape May Point Arts and Science Center on July 18, 2026 at 5:30. Following the reception, art will be displayed and for sale until July 26.

Inaugural Art All Ways Art Show

From May 16 - 24th, 2026, the Seagrove Art Cooperative exhibited their first-ever multimedia art show. Artists from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York had the opportunity to display their artwork, beginning with a reception. A percentage of the proceeds from the artists’ wonderful work went directly to the Cape May Point Arts and Science Center, supporting our mission of expanding environmental stewardship, education, and outreach.
